This is a goal oriented course and the more classes you attend the better your results will be. Therefore we have set some rules to keep you accountable and focused on your goal. In order to successfully "Graduate" from our course you must have completed the “FULL TOUR OF DUTY.” and achieved 3 things:
- 75% attendance rating (minimum of 25 sessions)
- Complete the Fitness Assessment on Weeks 1, 3 and 6 and show progression within your Assessment
- Be a Team player
