The Beginning:   Day 1
 

beginning Our Bootcamp Program is designed in a 6-week cycle. Registration is open until the day before each new 6-week cycle begins.

To enroll, you may sign up online or register by phone to book a space that will be yours once payment is verified.

You will receive a Client Data File with lifestyle, nutrition, exercise and medical health questions for you to complete and bring with you on the first assessment day.

When you show up on the first day, be prepared for your Fitness Assessment. That means full workout gear. The Fitness Assessment will measure the major aspects of your current health and fitness. The test measures current body weight, muscle weight, body fat percentage, hip to waist ratio, resting heart rate, blood pressure, flexibility, mobility, stamina, functional muscle strength, explosive power, and basal metabolic rate.

You will be timed on a 1-mile run, as well as a series of fitness tests. The results are only to serve as a marker and will show your progress through the 6 weeks. Most importantly, you have a baseline from which to set your goals.

   
You Can Do It!:   Weeks 1 - 3
 

Week 1 - 3 As the Program progresses, Bootcampers will be introduced to multiple training techniques and exercise disciplines. Be prepared to never do the same workout twice. You will explore and learn techniques including strength drills, body sculpting, ultimate core work, agility drills, spinning, Pilates and Yoga power drills while being mentored and educated about performance nutrition and the role it plays in attaining your goals. Expect each week’s cycle to become more challenging.

Through our progressive BC-33 Training System the program is designed to challenge you to your maximum level of performance and to steadily build your overall fitness level.

Guts and Glory!:   Weeks 4 - 6
 

Weeks 4 - 6 You have done it! You are halfway through the program. Your second fitness assessment has been conducted. You find yourself slimmer, stronger, faster and ready for more! This is the time to reflect on how far you have come and to zone in on your goals. You will also be a part of our “DO IT RIGHT- FIT FOR LIFE” philosophy.

Week 4 marks the beginning of “GUTS AND GLORY” week and the second half of the 6-week course. Upon completion of the Mid-Cycle Assessment, our Bootcampers prepare for a massive increase in intensity for the final three weeks of the course. This is the time to find the ‘HERO’ in you and to inspire others. The Final Assessment is only 3 Weeks away and so is the NEW YOU!

Congratulations. You made it!!!:   Week 6
 

Week 6 In order to successfully "Graduate" from our course you must complete the “FULL TOUR OF DUTY.” To receive our “CHAMPION CHALLENGE” Certificate and your Team Shirt, you must achieve 3 things:

  1. 75% attendance rating.
    (a minimum of 25 sessions)
  2. Complete the Fitness Assessment on Week 1, 3 and 6 and show progression in your Assessment
  3. Be a Team player

You now have the opportunity to join the Las Vegas Bootcamp Team!

Las Vegas Boot Camp Team Upon successful Graduation you will have the opportunity to join the Las Vegas Bootcamp Team. You will be offered a very cost-effective way to be a part of one of the most supportive, athletic, competitive, and experienced Teams in Las Vegas. We travel locally and internationally taking part in races, games, seminars, competitions and ultimate challenges. We believe that this group is up for any challenge and will grow to be the elite dynamic adventure group of Nevada!
