Upon payment verification, you will receive VIA E-MAIL OR FAX: your welcome letter, an assessment questionnaire, the location of the first session, a complete course schedule and additional instructions.
Once payment is received your spot is reserved and the journey begins!

MORNING CLASSES:
- Monday through Friday: 6:00 a.m. -7:00 a.m.
We also do your progress tests on 3 Saturday mornings during the 6-week program:
- SATURDAY prior to WEEK 1
- SATURDAY of WEEK 3
- SATURDAY of WEEK 6
Note: This is a goal oriented course and the more classes you will attend the better your results will be. Therefore we have set some rules to keep you accountable and focused on your goal. In order to successfully "Graduate" from our course you must have completed the “FULL TOUR OF DUTY.” and achieve 3 things:
- 75% attendance rating
- Complete the Fitness Assessment on Week 1, 3 and 6 and show progression within your Assessment
- Be a Team player
Test results and private information are CONFIDENTIAL

Our Program was developed to help anyone, from the beginner to the advanced, reach their health and fitness goals. You will find all levels working together in our classes.
The assessment results determine your initial intensity level.
As you progress through the course, your intensity will increase.
